By becoming a member or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services or become a member of PMTA.
Membership Eligibility
Membership in PMTA is open to individuals and organizations engaged in project management training.. All members must provide accurate and complete membership application information and agree to update such information as needed to ensure it remains current.
Membership Fees
Members are required to pay membership fees as outlined in our membership plans. All fees are non-refundable, except as provided under applicable law or as specified in these terms. PMTA reserves the right to change membership fees at any time, with notice to members.
Membership Benefits
As a PMTA member, you will have access to a range of benefits, including but not limited to:
- Access to exclusive training resources.
- Invitations to webinars, workshops, and other events.
- Opportunities for networking with other professionals in the project management field.
Membership Code of Conduct
PMTA members are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism and ethics. Members must not:
- Engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to PMTA or its members.
- Use PMTA’s resources or platform to distribute unauthorized or inappropriate content.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other members, staff, or associates of PMTA.
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content provided by PMTA, including training materials, documents, and media, is the intellectual property of PMTA or its content providers. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Members may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from PMTA content without express written permission.
Termination of Membership
PMTA reserves the right to terminate membership at its discretion, including but not limited to violations of these terms, non-payment of fees, or any actions deemed harmful to the organization or its members. Upon termination, access to membership benefits will be immediately revoked.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Service or your membership in PMTA shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The location of the arbitration shall be determined by the board of directors and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
Limitation of Liability
PMTA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or membership in PMTA. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your membership during the preceding 12 months.
Changes to Terms
PMTA may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of PMTA services or membership after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
