A proven leader, business owner, author, trainer and product developer with 20+ years of experience. Industry experience includes telecom, hardware and software development, commerce, marketing, IT infrastructure and support, financial and higher education.
Tony has authored 40 books since 2004 as well as numerous other learning products for various PMI and IIBA credentials. Tony has helped created over 100,000 of the PMPs on planet earth. Tony has contributed to the last three PMBOK Guides, program and portfolio management standards, as well as being a core team member of the Seventh Edition PMBOK Guide with PMI.
Also possessing the following credentials PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-PBA, CSP-SM, CSP-PO, CSPO, CSM, CAPM, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP, Project+, CCBA, PMI-ACP, CBAP.
Joanne has a BS in Computer Science, a BA in Business Administration & a Master of Science in Project Management from Boston University, where she now serves as a Facilitator for an innovation Masters-level course. She is also a student at Capella University, pursuing her Ph.D. in Project Management.

Emil Tarka, Board Member/Founder

Emil is a project management specialist with extensive teaching and consulting experience in various industries for the past 15 years. As founder and CEO of Tarka Consulting Inc., he has been involved in the training and delivery of project management courses at numerous universities and colleges as well as multiple corporations. He has extensive knowledge in managing education, healthcare, military and oil and gas programs and projects in challenging environments.
Emil earned his BA in International Studies at the University of Northern British Columbia and his MA from the Jageillonian University in International Relations.
Through his expertise he has consulted for multiple organizations on best project management practices and delivered information sessions, workshops, and focus groups aimed at diverse stakeholders, while recognizing the need for streamlining operations and developing procedures to ensure program unity.

Vicki Wrona, PMP, is the founder and President of Forward Momentum, LLC, a woman-owned small business (WOSB) specializing in instructional design and project management.
Vicki has 20+ years of leadership, project management, public speaking, and learning & development experience. She has physically worked on 5 continents and virtually on all 7, presented at a variety of conferences, and has mentored hundreds of individuals and organizations on improving their projects or processes. Since 2016, she has been the #1 or #2 downloaded speaker every year for The Great IT Professional.
Vicki co-developed the blended learning PMP program that won PMI’s Professional Development Product of the Year award and was invited to serve on PMI’s committee to write and review the PMBOK® Guide 4th edition.
She has served on the Board of Directors for the Texas Soaring Association, one of the largest non-profit airports in the U.S.
