With more than 20 years of project management experience, Kathy Martucci is an enthusiastic team member, an inquisitive business analyst and a successful project manager.

Kathy started her career in the private sector as a consultant practicing in the health and human services field. Years later, transitioning to the public sector, she gained a reputation for her success in managing ERP projects in state government.  During that time, Kathy played a key role as a long-term member and Board member of the Upstate NY Chapter of PMI.

Kathy continues to work as a consultant project manager and an instructor for PMP Exam Prep and various other project management topics.

Always striving for efficiency and effectiveness, Kathy has researched and embraced successful leadership styles and mindsets to create and maintain an environment that allows for both strategic thinking and efficient use of resources.
