Emil is a project management specialist with extensive project management instructing and consulting experience in various industries for the past 10 years. As founder and CEO of Tarka Consulting Inc., Emil has delivered project management training to thousands of professionals at post-secondary institutions, developed curricula for corporate training purposes, developed PMOs for the oil and gas industry, and performed PMO and process audits.

Mimi B. Rosenfeld MBA, PMP
Project Manager and Consultant.

Mimi B. Rosenfeld leads cross-functional teams as a project manager with a focus on process, communication, and training. She holds Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University.

Mimi has guided organizations through structural and cultural change brought about by new technology, business launches, mergers, and restructurings. She communicates fluently in a variety of verbal, written, quantitative, and visual formats. Major projects have included PMO best practices, system implementations, multi-channel marketing programs, standardized workflows, and quality control tools.

She has presented project management education for PMO Advisory LLC, Rutgers University, Montclair [NJ] State University, and PMINYC (PMI New York City Chapter).

As an advocate for lifelong learning, Mimi enjoys sharing information in the classroom and on the job, in formal and informal settings.
