In 1950, Alan Turing proposed the ‘Turing Test’ to test a machine’s ability to exhibit ‘Intelligent Behavior’. If the evaluator could not distinguish between the machine and the human responses, the machine would be said to have passed the test.

In late November 2022, there was a quantum leap in the ability to enhance human/machine communication when ChatGPT was introduced by ChatAI. In less than two years, this technology has caught the imagination of organizations with very optimistic projections for future opportunities, as well as very pessimistic projections of humans becoming obsolete. This technology is a true disruptor and may very well have a major impact on not just how projects are managed, but on how human/machine interaction is performed over the next 20 years. It is not hyperbole to state that the economic and social impact of this technology will rival the PC revolution and the Internet revolution.

This webinar will discuss best practices professionals can implement to adapt to disruptor technologies ,  the pros and cons of ChatGPT type products, and strategies for implementing these tools in a Project Management environment.

The webinar will cover the following topics:

  • The pros and cons of implementing AI
  • The importance of Critical Thinking when evaluating Disruptive Technologies
  • Going from Artificial Intelligence to Applied Intelligence – the five levels of AI Integration
  • Examples of how Project Managers can start integrating AI into their work processes right now
  • Avoiding abuses of AI integration
